Music Machine 40 is part of composer
Simon Belshaw’s ongoing Music Machine
project and is a large scale installation that
uses eight Raspberry Pi computers with
sensors to generate music.
               10am-1pm
The morning session will be an opportunity
for eight people to help build and develop
the installation. This will include a simple circuit
and 3D printing. No musical, coding or
Music Machines 40
electronic knowledge are required.
The workshop is suitable for all ages although
children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

In the afternoon, The Rougemont Room
will be open to all visitors who will be able
to interact with the machine made earlier in the day
and create their own unique piece of music.
